Conservation of funerary material
In September 2025, funerary artifacts began to be used in conservation classes led by Dr. Cara Tremain, namely ARCH 349 (Management of archaeological collections) and ARCH 348 (Archaeological conservation). In addition to conducting a comprehensive inventory, students are developing appropriate storage cases for distinct objects such as coffin plaques and shrouds.
