Finding Home: Where Social Connection Becomes Care
A digital story telling project from Aging in the Right Place Partnership and Hey Neighbour Collective
This digital storytelling video, developed through the Aging in the Right Place project in collaboration with Hey Neighbour Collective, highlights the experiences of older adults in Metro Vancouver. Some of the participants are residents in Brightside building and/or OASIS program participants through Collingwood Neighbourhood House and Westend Seniors Network.
Through their stories, the video explores how social connection and community-based care support aging in the right place and foster a sense of home and belonging.
