A summary of key findings from a literature review and jurisdictional scan of what is needed to support older people experiencing homelessness to age in the right place in Vancouver, Calgary, and Montreal, is followed by a set of policy recommendations for the three cities.

Recommendations to mitigate transportation issues when homeless services are decentralized include significant consideration of how the transportation network system will evolve alongside the restructured service system.
