- Valid until 11:59 PM on the day of use
- Expires 12 months after purchase
- No refunds for unused days

- *NEW: It can be used in both Surrey and Burnaby. If you are going to be in both Surrey and Burnaby on the same day, you only have to activate it once.

- Select FlexPass 鈥� 10 Passes
- Proceed to checkout
How to Redeem a FlexPass
- Open HonkMobile app or
- Find your Active FlexPass MultiPack
- Tap Redeem a Pass
- Select FlexPass MultiPack Redemption rate ($0.00)
- Confirm or adjust vehicle info
- Tap Park for Free
You have 10 minutes to change the license plate after redeeming.
Pro Tips
- You can redeem passes up to 2 weeks in advance via the app or website
- Input the wrong licence plate? You have up to 10 minutes from redeeming a pass to change the vehicle attached to the parking session. You can change the licence plate on the "session complete" page.
