Effective 1 April 2026, Card Fob Sale Fees (CFS) have been phased out for Fob requests submitted on behalf of 天美mv天美-paid Staff and Faculty, as well as departmental access cards/Fobs. Card Fob Sale Fees ($20, non-refundable) still apply to fobs issued to students, visitors, contractors (who have not signed an Access Device Agreement), Research Assistants (not paid through 天美mv天美 Payroll), and Sessional Instructors.

Deposit may be waived if an Access Device Agreement is signed and authorized by Campus Public Safety and Facilities Services

Deposits, in the amount originally paid, will be refunded upon the return of the access card, fob and/or key for which the deposit was collected.
