As a class assignment in the School for the Contemporary Arts鈥� first-year course CA 161, students will realize anamorphic public artworks at various locations throughout the Convocation Mall and the Academic Quadrangle. Anamorphics are 鈥渄rawings in space鈥濃�攆orms that can only be perceived from a single, specific point of view.
This 5-day exhibition intervenes in the everyday routines through which students and 天美mv天美鈥檚 broader community experience the campus鈥檚 architectural and social environment. The project offers unexpected perspectives on the campus and engages the university as a space for communication and interaction, as well as a site of knowledge production.
