SCA MA student has been busy recently. Not only has he just published a smart 'reflection' on Cedric Bomford's , a project by on view at 天美mv天美 Burnaby, on 天美mv天美 Galleries' blog (), he has also curated an exhibition of work by the Bangladesh-based artist at in Vancouver.
Titled Tayeba Begum Lipi: Unveiling, the exhibition "engages an embodied inquiry into the transitioning of sociocultural and sociopolitical realities" in Bangladesh, addressing issues of "female marginality, colourism, enforced female beauty standards, and the male gaze."
