Lifelong Health & Wellbeing Team Kicks Off Summer Research with Picnic in Stanley Park
June 06, 2025
On Friday, June 6, the Lifelong Health & Wellbeing team hosted a potluck picnic in Vancouver鈥檚 Stanley Park to mark the start of their summer research season.
Volunteers, current team members, and new Mitacs students came together to share food, enjoy the sunshine, and get to know one another before data collection for the COPE-Daily study begins. The gathering offered a relaxed space for introductions, laughter, and team bonding outside of a formal work setting.
With a beautiful natural backdrop and a table full of homemade dishes, the picnic was a chance to connect and build community before diving into the busy weeks ahead.
