Lifelong Health and Well-Being Lab Enjoys a Night of Theatre Together
Last Friday, the Lifelong Health and Well-Being Lab team took a break from their usual work to enjoy a night at the , watching Tom Crean - Discovering Antarctica. Written and performed by Aidan Dooley, the play brought to life the adventurous spirit of Irish explorer Tom Crean, captivating the team with its mix of drama and humour.
It was truly impressive to see emotions expressed so deeply throughout the performance, making Crean鈥檚 story even more moving. The combination of powerful storytelling and moments of levity was both refreshing and inspiring, leaving the team in awe of Crean鈥檚 resilience and determination in the face of extraordinary challenges.Beyond the performance, the outing provided the team with a chance to unwind and have fun together. It was a refreshing break from their busy schedules, allowing everyone to connect and enjoy each other's company in a relaxed setting!
