Lifelong Health and Wellbeing Lab Team Energizes with a Hike at Buntzen Lake
July 23, 2024
On Tuesday, when we usually have our in-person meetings, the Lifelong Health and Wellbeing Lab team took a refreshing break with a hike at Buntzen Lake. This experience provided a great opportunity to enjoy nature while also strengthening our teamwork and productivity.
The hike offered stunning mountain views and a peaceful environment that helped us relax and think creatively. We took advantage of the time to discuss our ongoing projects and brainstorm new ideas.
After the hike, we enjoyed a picnic by the lake, where we reviewed our goals and planned our next steps. This day away from the usual routine helped us recharge and brought new energy and focus to our work on improving older adults' readiness for extreme heat.
